By using AutoPartsBid, you agree to these terms. AutoPartsBid is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of auto parts. We do not facilitate payments or take responsibility for transactions between users.
2. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. AutoPartsBid reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
3. Marketplace Rules
Buyers may post requests for auto parts. Sellers may submit bids on open requests. All transactions occur off-platform. AutoPartsBid is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or delivery of parts.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You may not post false or misleading information, spam other users, or use the platform for any illegal activity. Violations will result in account suspension.
